SAINT PAUL [7/22/08] - U.S. Senate candidate Al Franken will speak at a rally in Rochester tomorrow to discuss his new proposals offering solutions for Minnesota's middle class. Franken is traveling the state this week to contrast these common-sense proposals with the disastrous Bush-Coleman economic legacy.
