Dear Friend

The Democratic National Committee meets on February 12 to elect
its next chairperson. Although the Democratic party has fought
for a woman’s right to choose for over 30 years, some people
have questioned the role of choice in the Party—and whether
to keep the right to choose as one of its core values. With
another four years of an emboldened Bush administration, it’s
more important than ever that the Democratic Party stand united
behind America’s pro-choice majority.

I am sending a petition to the DNC in support of a pro-choice
chair. I’m hoping you’ll join me in reminding the Democratic
Party that a majority of our country is pro-choice - and that
our values of equality, freedom, and privacy ARE mainstream
values.
