Please join us for this year’s DFL Women’s Hall of Fame Luncheon 6/4/2005

On behalf of the Women’s Summit Committee, I’d like to invite everyone to
join us this Saturday (June 4, 2005) for the 6th Annual DFL Women’s Hall of
Fame.

This year’s event is being held at the Le Meridien Hotel in downtown
Minneapolis (601 First Avenue N) and we will be honoring 16 women as either
Women of Distinction or Rising Stars.

Honorees from the 1st Congressional District are Cloe Klinkner and Janis Ray
(both Women of Distinction). They will be inducted along with Carole Faricy,
Carol Flynn, Rosalie Goldstein, Mona Hintzman, Phyllis Gene Jones, Sarah
Lewerenz, Grace McGarvie, Lois Mizuno, Shirley Schultz, Gertrude Ulrich, and
Elaine Voss; and Rising Stars Julie Albrecht, Stephanie Cobenais, and Kara
Nelson.

Sign-in and reception begins at 11:30 am with the luncheon to begin at 12:00
pm.

by Thursday. Cost is $25/person and lunch selection is either grilled
chicken or vegetarian salad.
