Send Sen. Coleman a message to end the war

"Letter to Editor"

04/27/2007

Dear Editor,

Yesterday, for the fourth time in two months, Senator Norm Coleman rejected Democratic-led efforts to end American policing of the escalating Iraqi civil war. Evidently, Senator Coleman would rather American troops police the civil war indefinitely. His vote yesterday was a slap in the face to the majority of Americans who support the Democratic plan for Iraq and it was a slap in the face to our brave men and women in uniform.

It is time for Senator Coleman to do the right thing. It is time for Senator Coleman end his blind support of President Bush's failed Iraq policy. And it is time for him to support the efforts to bring our troops home.

If you agree, please click here to sign our petition urging Senator Coleman to do the right thing on this issue. If you have already signed the petition, there is no need to sign again.

Senator Coleman has bucked Minnesotans' will long enough. I know President Bush pulled out all the stops to get Senator Coleman elected, but enough is enough. The president's stubbornness is costing American lives. And Senator Coleman is enabling him to continue his reckless inflexibility.

Click to sign our petition and tell Senator Coleman to do the right thing. Tell him it's time to bring our troops home!
