ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP) --We now know where and when Gov. Pawlenty will give his 2008 State of the State address in St. Cloud.

Pawlenty will speak at the St. Cloud Civic Center on Feb. 13, starting at 11 a.m.

St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis says it will be a great way to showcase the civic center to the governor and lawmakers who will have the final say on the bonding bill this session. No money to expand the facility was included in the governor's bonding plan.
