Dear DFL,

Thank you to all the volunteers who helped make the Olmsted County
DFL fair booth a great success. During the long days of heat and
humidity you showed the public we stand proud of our incumbents
and the Democratic Party. The tremendous public support we received
at the booth is a great indicator of our successful work and a very
positive stimulus as we head toward the 2008 elections. Among the
many volunteers, a special thank you is extended to Al and Lonna
Stork and Diane Hellie.

Also a special thank you to all who helped Linda Pfeilsticker, DFL
candidate in the 28B special election. Thank you to our incumbents
and the many volunteers who door knocked, made phone calls or
walked in parades on Linda’s behalf. Our Olmsted/Wabasha County
DFL float featured Linda and her campaign in 28B parades and the
Olmsted County DFL provided lunch and bottled water to dozens
of GOTV volunteers on election day.

The Olmsted County DFL, having helped Democrats across the region,
has been a tremendous influence on the success of our Party both
at the state and federal level; leaving us much to be proud of.
