On Sunday, September 18th, dozens of community leaders will join over 100 grassroots activist organizations to walk in the 10th Annual Headwaters Walk for Justice. Over the past nine years, nearly 10,000 walkers coming from 300 different organizations have raised $670,000 in the event.
The Walk for Justice raises awareness and financial support for organizations working for justice in Minnesota. Participating groups work for long-term solutions to problems that plague our community.
Simply come down to Boom Island

Walk Route is from Boom Island in Northeast Minneapolis over to Nicollet Island, across the Stone Arch Bridge and along the Mississippi River. The total route is 3.5 miles and takes an average of 1.5 hours to complete.
