emails for... please pass it along as you see fit)

Greetings!

My name is Joe Aronson and I am the Coordinated Campaign Field
Director for the 7th Congressional District. I have greatly enjoyed
the oppertunity to meet with many of you over the past couple months
as I have traveled the district. From Wabasso to Hallock and
everywhere in between DFLers are "fired up and ready to go!" It is an
exciting time to be a DFLer in the 7th as this will be the
battleground that will be crucial in carrying Minnesota for Barack
Obama and Al Franken. The 7th will also tip the balance in the
Minnesota House with our great slate of candidates and give us a
supermajority of 90 members so that in 2009 we can hear the speaker
say "is passed not withstanding the objections of the governor" on the
bills that we care about so much as Democrats. We can return Chairman
Peterson to build on the great success of the 2008 Farm Bill which
provided much needed relief for our Farmers and important nutrition
programs for those just trying to get by. The 7th perhaps more than
anywhere else in the state represents all three letters of DFL and
certainly idealogical positions across the spectrum. Now is the time
that we come together to elect Democrats across the 7th and I am so
thankful to be a part of that and look forward to helping you in any
way possible. Please feel free to get a hold of me at any time (My
contact info is at the end of this email).

I would like to take this opportunity to let my staff introduce
themselves. They are a great group of organizers and all of them are
born and bred in the 7th CD!

BEN HILL - 320-250-5205 -

My name is Benjamin Hill and I will be organizing for the DFL this
election cycle in the 7th Congressional District. My basic territory
will consists of the middle section of the 7th, including Fergus
Falls, Alexandria, Wadena, Breckenridge, and many other towns within
that area.

I grew up in Pope County in the town of Glenwood. Both my parents are
teachers out at Minnewaska Area High School and my dad is the football
coach. I graduated from Augsburg College two years ago and have been
working in politics ever since.

I am greatly looking forward to organizing the folks in the 7th
Congressional District. It will be great to be back where I grew up
and where I belong. Look forward to meeting and working with all of you.

PAUL SCHWARZ - 320-288-6198 -

I'm Paul Schwarz. I'm 41, divorced, have a girlfriend named Lynn, and
a 16 year old son Jordan. My passions are attending Jordan's
basketball, and baseball games, and of course politics. I went back
to college at the University of Minnesota Morris for political
Science, at the age of 36. I came to this decision in October of
2002, and decided to follow my passion. I have 34 credits left, and
the goal is to graduate before Jordan graduates high School in 2010.
I have 15 years broadcast experience in radio and T.V., and also 8
years in corrections. I am so excited to work in my home district. I
grew up on a farm where I witnessed first hand the farm crisis of the
80's, where I saw friends and neighbors loose their farms, and also my
father loose some of his land as well. I grew up in Appleton, and
will be working extensively in District 20. My home town of Appleton,
helped put the FL in DFL, thanks to favorite son Gov. Elmer Benson.
My political heroes are Paul Wellstone, Chuck Brown, and my uncle Earl
Hauge.

TRISTA SCHWIND - 218-790-0003 -

I'm Trista Schwind originally from Fergus Falls, MN. I attended MSU
Moorhead and have been an activist in the F-M area for the last five
years. I spent the first half of this year in Washington DC and am
excited to send our DFL candidates to our capital. Our work here will
not only benefit our congressional district and Minnesota, but the
entire nation. I will be working out of the Moorhead office and
focusing on the northern half of the 7th congressional district.

Once again, please contact me with any questions and let us know about
any events going on in your area.

Thanks!

Joe
