1st CD day at the State Fair DFL booth
Fri Aug 22 (or volunteer other days)
State Fair, St. Paul
While we're in the midst of working at our own county fairs I want to encourage DFLers in the 1st CD to also volunteer some time in the Minnesota DFL booth at this year's state fair.
You can simply sign up at the state DFL web page: http://www.dfl.org
Since Congressman Walz plans to be there on Friday, August 22, I would encourage many of you to volunteer some time on that day, but if there are other days that work better, go ahead and schedule yourself on whatever day works. It would be great to have DFLers from southern Minnesota wearing their Walz shirts at the fair as many days and shifts as possible. (Lori Sellner)
