Bachmann: Minnesota teachers are “money launderers”
08/17/2010
Dear Paul,
The What the Bachmann crew is back in action, and we’ve got a great story for you. Last week, the House of Representatives passed a state aid bill that will, among other things, save more than 2,400 teaching jobs in Minnesota. Good news, right?
Not according to Representative Michele Bachmann. She voted against the bill, citing yet another outlandish, unfounded, untruthful conspiracy theory about how the money will be spent. She accused everyone from Nancy Pelosi to teachers of money laundering, saying the money will actually be used for a “Democratic reelection program.”
What the Bachmann is she talking about?!
Representative Bachmann’s rhetoric has always been disingenuous, but in the past year it’s gotten downright dangerous. Now she’s leveraging the education of our children for her own personal political gain, and we need to stop her. Can you contribute $10, $25, or $50 today, to help us unseat Michele Bachmann?
