Screening for 1st District DFL positions on 3/13/10

Hi Everyone,


The 1st District Nominations Committee meets this Saturday, Mar 13 at 9:30 at the Owatonna Elks Club, 126 E. Vine St.

I would like to encourage all of you to consider becoming more active in our southern Minnesota DFL organization by lending your time and energy as a committee member or officer for the 1st Congressional District DFL. And please share this with others who you would like to encourage to do the same.

The positions being screened for are:

• Party Officers (Chair, Assoc. Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Affirmative Action Officer)
  
  
• Directors
  
  
• Delegates to represent us on the state commissions (Platform, Constitution or Affirmative Action)
  
  
• Delegates and alternates to the state convention committees (these only serve through the state convention - Credentials, Rules, Nominations)
  

If you would like a screening form ahead of time let me know and I'll email it to you personally.

I hope to see you all this Saturday - if that date doesn't work, we can arrange something else so let me know.
