A Question of Quality of Occupation

03/05/2006

Paul Munnis

More and more often we are hearing an incomplete question being asked of the public and of government officials. “What kind of a job do you think the U.S. is doing in Iraq?”

People seldom qualify their question. Militarily? Politically, Humanitarian? Legally? They often just make it an open ended question.

Since it’s a broad question that is often asked we decided to research the criteria for occupation forces and we went on a search for the Internatrional rules governing them.

We found what we were afer at Human Rights Watch and so we published the article and it can be read under CD-1 blog or by By Clicking HERE

We hope that you will read the material and then judge for yourself how the U.S. scores as an accupying force in both Afghanisan and Iraq.
