A Sobering Nuclear Realization

I was asked to speak in January at a "Global Policy Forum" hosted by the Humphrey Institute on the topic of "Nuclear Weapons and Our World Today." Copied below is my text, which explains why nuclear issues are so crucial to our security -- and what can be done about them.
