Almost there…

Dear Editor,

Did you get a chance to see Al on The Late Show with David Letterman the other night? (If you didn't, we've added the video to our website, which you can access by clicking here.)

Al did great, although he forgot to ask Dave for a contribution. That's what campaigning is like in the last few days of the fundraising quarter - it's all about bringing in those last few dollars to meet our goal.

Fortunately, we've discovered that asking for money, while sometimes a bit awkward and always a bit humbling, doesn't have to be boring. People seemed to enjoy our letter from earlier this week - so much so that it got us a story in USA Today!
