Blast in Iraq Kills 15

BAGHDAD (AP) — At least 15 policemen were killed Tuesday after rockets exploded before they could be defused, Iraqi officials said.

The blast occurred after the police, acting on a tip, discovered the rockets in the back of a truck in eastern Baghdad. Experts were trying to defuse the rockets when two of them blew up.
