Ellison signs on to No-Confidence Bill

Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., has signed on to a bill that expresses no confidence in Attorney General Alberto Gonzales' job performance.

Reps. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., and Artur Davis, D-Ala. --both former federal prosecutors -- introduced the resolution Monday.

"America needs an attorney general who acts in an impartial, judicious and nonpartisan fashion, and who places the interests of justice above all else," Schiff said in a statement.
