Good Job Over Global Warming

We congratulate those 86 Evangelical Christian Leaderss who have joined us in a call of coming together to eliminate the conditions involved in global warming. It takes intelligence and guts to examine the evidence and then change course in the face of such evidence.

In doing so you have shown not only intellectual maturity, you have also set a template for others to follow when they need to change their mind. Your behavior is based upon an ethic of Christian love and concern for others and is shown by admitting that we can make a mistake. Who among us cannot learn from that example?

It is unfortunate that a topic that is so important to all of the people of the world has become polarized. We are glad to see you assert leadership in working to help resolve the pending crisis and reverse the potential damage that could result in enslaving people in hunger and poverty. We know that in time your example will be followed by others still resistant to the evidence.
