Klobuchar Reports Raising $700,000 in 17 Days From Nearly 7,000 Donors

U.S Senate candidate Amy Klobuchar’s latest Federal Election Commission (FEC) report shows a surge of grassroots and individual donor support.  Nearly 7,000 individual donors contributed to help Klobuchar raise $700,000 in only 17 days.  Klobuchar Campaign Manager Ben Goldfarb released the following statement regarding the latest FEC numbers:

“Minnesotans are ready for change in Washington and they know Amy Klobuchar is the only candidate who will bring that change. With 12 days to go until the election, more and more Minnesotans are joining together to support Amy Klobuchar and change the direction of our country.”

Over 90 percent of the Klobuchar campaign’s donations to date come from individuals—Democrats, Republicans and Independents. The Klobuchar campaign has raised $700,000 in just 17 days, for a total of $8.62 million to date.  Klobuchar’s campaign will report $1.24 million cash-on-hand for the final stretch.
