Dear DFL,

I am pleased to report Mary Petersson’s surgery was very successful, her tumor is benign.

Mary’s amazing faith and strength was aided by your messages of concern and prayer.

A plant from the Olmsted County DFL with our wishes for a speedy recovery is in her room at Methodist Hospital.

I am sure she wouldn’t mind hearing from you in the days ahead.
