Heavy trucks fill St. Paul Capitol area to back gas tax hike

The expected showdown over a road-funding bill containing an array of tax increases has drawn hundreds of builders, bus drivers and local leaders to the Capitol.

The Capitol Mall was filled this morning with people wearing hard hats and standing beside heavy trucks.
