Highlights of the $886 million bonding agreement reached Wednesday by Senate and House negotiators and Gov. Pawlenty:

Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system: $213.6 million

University of Minnesota: $108.3 million

Environment and natural resources: $72 million

Soil and water: $27 million

Minnesota Zoo: $24.4 million

Northstar Commuter rail: $37.5 million

Faribault state prison expansion: $84.6 million
