How Senate voted on outdoor/arts funding bill

(AP) -- Votes Friday as the Senate, on a 52-14 vote, approved sending a constitutional amendment to voters asking them to approve a state sales tax increase to pay for environmental and cultural programs. Voting yes were 37 Democrats and 15 Republicans. Voting no were 6 Democrats and 8 Republicans.
