The following information regarding important meeting was sent by Bill McMillin.

Hopefully, some will be able to attend the Wind Energy this Thursday.  Please

Hi Katherine

Just wanted to let you know about a couple meetings.

The first is this Thursday at the Plainview Community Center.

At 1:00 Sig Anderson will give a presentation on wind energy
. 
At 2:00, there will be a discussion on the next farm bill. 

There will be a representative from Amy Klobuchar’s office and possibly from Tim Walz’s office.

I’m trying to spread the word.  The Plainview News forgot to put it in the paper last week! 

On Feb.26 There will be a forum on the Globalization of Agriculture. 

We’re working with the Plainview School on this one.  We have a speaker from the Mn. Dept. f Ag and another from the Institute for Ag and Trade Policy.  This will be from 1:00- 2:50 in the afternoon.
