Information on the DM&E Project

As you have probably read, the Federal Railroad Administration has made a
decision to end the environmental review process for DM&E's $2.3 billion
loan application and start the 90-day clock for the loan application
evaluation. I'm forwarding a note from the Track the Truth Organization
on how to access their site and sign a petition to oppose the loan.
