Klobuchar Phone Bank 5/11

Greetings -

Thank you to all of you who helped with the first Rochester phone bank for Amy Klobuchar!  Many voters were contacted and volunteers were recruited for the crucial summer months.  However, our work is far from done.  In order to beat Mark Kennedy in November, the calls and recruitment must continue.

We need your help this Thursday, May 11th to fill the phone lines and continue building the momentum for Amy’s U.S. Senate race.

Phone banks will be held at UNITE HERE every other Thursday until the state convention.  We will have two shifts/night, but naturally we would love it if folks were able to stay the whole night.  The full details of the volunteer opportunity are below - feel free to pass this on to other who may be interested.

When:  Thursday, May 11th 5:00 - 9:00pm (Shift 1:  5:00-7:00pm; Shift 2: 7:00-9:00pm)

Where:  UNITE-HERE Local 21 (105 North Broadway; Rochester, MN 55906)

Who are we calling?  Area voters - encouraging them to support Amy, recruiting volunteers for the state convention and continuing to grow our volunteer base for the crucial summer months.
