MIKE HATCH POISED TO WIN ON TUESDAY

ST. PAUL (11/5/06) – Yesterday, the Star Tribune released a poll in the governor’s race that shows DFL gubernatorial candidate Mike Hatch with a five-point lead. Minnesota DFL Chair Brian Melendez released the following statement:

“Mike Hatch has been gaining ground steadily all season. Every day he travels throughout the state, meeting and talking with more Minnesotans. The difference between Mike Hatch and Tim Pawlenty is that Mike Hatch actually listens to Minnesotans’ concerns. He isn’t playing political games and he isn’t putting on a show. Mike Hatch is a straight-shooting, no-nonsense leader who can fix the mistakes that the current Republican administration has made, and who will get Minnesota working again.”
