Molnau to lead delegation to China

BRIEFING: SHAANXI PROVINCE
It’s back to China for the Pawlenty administration.
Lt. Gov. Carol Molnau announced Thursday that she’ll lead a delegation to the Asian country’s Shaanxi province next month. The trip is scheduled for Saturday to April 9.
The delegation will be a small contingent of government, business, academic and civic leaders.
In November, Gov. Tim Pawlenty led a trade trip to Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
Minnesota has had a formal “sister state” relationship with Shaanxi since 1982. Gov. Rudy Perpich traveled there in 1983.
