For people to return to New Orleans, they need three key things: a job, a home, and a long-term reason to return.

The Federal government has a massive clean-up to get done and the money to do it with.

They have 11,000 mothballed trailers for housing assistance.

The Federal government has the ability to steer defense work to the region for the long-term.

So why isn’t it getting done?

Bush has a disaster entirely of his own making now and Katrina is just an excuse for failure.
