‘Oil On Ice’ Showing

Hello, everyone!

This is Marissa Knodel from the Century Young Democrats. I am also involved in Century’s environmental club, and am hosting a showing of “Oil On Ice,” a documentary on the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge:

On Saturday, March 19, 2005, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Izaak Walton League Cabin (937 7th Ave. NE) in Rochester, come and learn about the history, environment, people, and politics associated with drilling for oil in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and America’s energy future through the award-winning documentary, Oil On Ice. Gather resources and participate in the after-movie discussion to find out how you can take action to secure a sustainable energy future.
