This training is designed to familiarize the County Convention
Delegate and Alternate with sub-caucusing. This is the process
used at the County Convention to chose the 27 delegates and
27 alternates who attend both the 1st Congressional District DFL
Convention on April 26 in Albert Lea and the State DFL Convention
June 6 – 8 in Rochester.
