One Year Out, And Something You Can Do About It

10/25/2007

Dear DFLer,

The 2008 elections are just over one year out, and there's something you can do now to make a difference next year.

On Saturday, November 3, I invite you to join DFLers across Minnesota and Democrats across America as we party to change our country.

At One-Year-Out house parties, we will gather to share our ideas and pledge to do what we can, as individuals and together, to change America in 2008.

The parties are free. All you need to bring is your desire to move America forward.

Just RSVP to a One-Year-Out house party near you - or set one up in your own neighborhood.

What's more, Governor Howard Dean, the head of the Democratic Party, and our very own Senator Amy Klobuchar will be calling in to the parties on conference calls throughout the day. They'll talk about the opportunity we have in 2008 to move America forward - and what each of us can do to make that happen.

Join a party or set up your own at any time on November 3.

House parties are a fun, easy and engaging way to meet your neighbors and other Democrats who are ready to create change in our communities, our state and our country.

So get a jump-start one year out and do something about it now so that we can change America in 2008.

See you at the party on Saturday, November 3.

Sincerely,

Donna Cassutt
Associate Chair
