Do we need our government to be able to spy on al Qaeda, including performing wiretaps on their conversations with people located in the USA?

YES!

Is it legal to do that?

YES! Providing that the FISA Law is followed which requires obtaining a Court Warrant within 72 hours of the event.

So what’s the beef with Bush?

Bush is not following the FISA Law and he has not asked for any modifications to it. Thus he is breaking the law for what appears to be no good reason.

What’s that got to do with shoe bombs?

Nothing that we can make a connection with. Bush is trying to imply that it does but then he will not say it is so when he is asked directly about it.

Can Bush be impeached for this offense?

YES!

Will he be impeached?
