Speaking of Debates…
Mark appeared with 2 of the 3 other candidates at a forum sponsored by Minnesota Community Action Partnership near Brainerd on Tuesday. Which candidate wasn’t there? You guessed it, Mary Kiffmeyer. This is the second debate in a row that she not only skipped, but did not even respond to the request! Mark focused on his message of protecting Minnesota voters and making sure all citizens can register and vote.

Mark on Voter Registration
Mark released his plan to increase voter registration on Wednesday. Mark’s plan includes several new and innovative ideas including a “One-Stop Registration System” where all eligible voters would be automatically registered when they receive their driver’s license or state ID card and a “Pre-Registration system” where teenagers could be pre-registered in the same way so they are ready to vote when they turn eighteen. These plans will save time and money and create thousands of new registrations. You can see more details on the “Press Room” of our website.
