The first $4,200 of each contribution from a person will be allocated to Klobuchar for Minnesota and will be considered designated $2,100 for the primary election and $2,100 for the general election. The remainder of any individual’s contribution will be allocated to the Minnesota Democratic Farmer Labor Party. The first $10,000 of each contribution from a multi-candidate committee will be allocated to Klobuchar for Minnesota and will be considered designated $5,000 for the primary election and $5,000 for the general election.  The remainder of any multi-candidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to the Minnesota Democratic Farmer Labor Party.

Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant. For contributions made after a candidate’s primary election date, a maximum of $2,100 per person or $5,000 per multi-candidate committee will be allocated to the candidate, with all such amounts considered designated for the general election.

Contributions or gifts to Amy Klobuchar Victory Committee are not tax deductible.
