DFL state Senate leaders announced Wednesday a proposed expanded committee structure and 25 chairmanship recommendations that are likely to be finalized in a DFL caucus meeting on Monday. Majority Leader Larry Pogemiller, DFL-Minneapolis, said the plan will place “an increased emphasis on business and jobs” and smooth the flow of legislation between the Senate and House.
