Greetings & Salutations to All:

If you would like to know how you might be affected by President
Bush’s plans for Social Security reform, I suggest you go to the
Accurate Benefit Calculator at the Center for Economic Policy Research
(http://www.cepr.net/index.html).

Those born before 1950 will have no reduction in benefits; however,
they will have to pay a larger share of each tax dollar for debt
service, the interest on the national debt. So it is not completely
true that they will be unaffected by Bush’s proposed changes.
