Soldiers Field Playground Volunteers Needed

Hello Everyone!

Well, this is it.  The count down to our Soldiers Field Playground build
dates (May 18th-22nd)is rapidly approaching, and there is simply no time to
wait!  We need volunteers, and we need them now!  This is a community built
playground, thus we need you- the community!  We have only 5 days in which
to build it come rain, wind, sleet or snow!  If we don’t have enough
volunteers then some components of the playground (which local children
dreamt up) may have to be left off.

What I’m asking of each of you is to sign up now, if you haven’t already
done so.  You can sign up at: http://www.SoldiersFieldPlayground.com.  If you
aren’t exactly sure what days or shifts that you can work, just check the
box for us to contact you later.  If you know your schedule, please don’t
limit yourself to just one shift! (If you’d rather put up a sign up form-
say to get a team from work to participate- please try to have it completed
by this Friday and call me to pick it up: 261-1589).

It would be fantastic if you could take this one step further.  I’m asking
each of you to forward this email to all of your colleagues, friends,
neighbors, local family, etc. and ask them to help make the playground a
reality by signing up today!  Thank you so very much!  Come play in May!!!
