Stadium Bills Prompt Sunday Night Hearing

(AP) St. Paul Three stadium bills are behind a rare Sunday night hearing at the Capitol.
The Senate Tax Committee convened Sunday night to continue its examination of stadium financing plans for the Twins, Vikings and Gophers.
No votes are planned until Monday.
The committee has been meeting off and on since Thursday.
Last week, the Minnesota House approved a Twins ballpark bill. A few weeks ago, the same lawmakers signed off on the University of Minnesota plan.
