State Convention Volunteer Information

Dear DFL and Friends,


The DFL State Convention June 6, 7 & 8 is fast approaching.

This year it will be hosted by the Olmsted DFL in Rochester, MN, at the Mayo Civic Center

Many of you have already signed up to volunteer, thank you.

Opportunity to volunteer continues, please check your
schedule and indicate your preference.

Pre-Convention Volunteer Activity

Thursday, June 5 Volunteer to assemble convention materials
We are asked to stuff 3,000 bags with convention and campaign
materials. This activity will take place at the Mayo Civic Center near
the arena. Your help will save time and money for the State DFL.

Please reply to this email indicating the time that will work for you.

____ 10 am – 1 pm

____ 1 pm – 4 pm


Convention Volunteer Activities

During the Convention we will need two types of volunteers:

General Volunteer various opportunities assigned according to the
needs of the day.

Registration Volunteer to help with the registration process of
delegates and alternates.

For purposes of organization I have divided the convention day
into 3 shifts, (the exact time may slightly differ):

Shift A = 8 am – 11 am

Shift B = 11 am – 2 pm

Shift C = 2 pm – 5 pm

Please reply to this email indicating the day(s) and volunteer
activity you would prefer with an X and indicate the shift with
an A, B or C as above.
