State Fair Booth

Hi Everyone,

As I’ve mentioned before, the 1st CD day to provide volunteers for the State DFL booth at the state fair is Thursday, Aug 24. I have about 3 volunteers now signed up for each shift and have entered their information on the web site. If you are not one of those people but wish to volunteer on that day or any other, go to http://www.dfl.org, scroll down below “Get Involved” and click on “Volunteer at the 2006 state fair.” Go down to the date you’ can volunteer and click on the specific shift, then enter your information and click on “Register to Attend.”

8am-noon - Leigh Pomeroy, Dawn & Brian Schomisch
noon-3pm - Katherine Speer, Deb Staley, Joe Brown
3pm-6 - Lynn Wilson, Janet & Auggie Krueger
6-9pm - Diane Hellie, Bruce Johnson, Donna Buckbee
I’ll get there in time for one of the afternoon shifts and I believe our field organizer, Sarah Duevel, will be there that day also.
