CANDLE LIGHT VIGIL FOR JUSTICE


19 WORKERS were terminated from Holiday Inn Express under questionable circumstances by a Houston Texas hotelier. It has put these workers in precarious circumstances for the holidays and beyond. It is an insult to our community to think that they can come in and replace living wage jobs with poverty wage jobs.


Come and light a candle for justice, New Year's Eve. Let it be a symbol of the light of hope and community. Join these 19 hotel workers' struggle for justice for themselves, their families, thousands of fellow service workers, and the community as a whole.
