Vote Patty, and Bring John Edwards to Minnesota!

Last week we asked you to help us push Amy Klobuchar to the top of the list in Barbara Boxer’s PAC for a Change online poll. Pennsylvania’s Bob Casey won the contest, but with your help Amy came in a very respectable fourth place.
This week John Edwards’s One America Committee is holding a similar contest among U.S. House candidates in tight races across the country. Edwards has promised to headline fundraisers for the top two finishers.
One of the candidates in contention for this honor is Minnesota’s own DFL-endorsed Sixth District Congressional candidate, Patty Wetterling. She is in a very tight race with Republican Michele Bachmann, who has relied on a parade of GOP insiders like Dick Cheney, Dennis Hastert, and Karl Rove to throw high-dollar fundraisers to bring in campaign cash.
The time is ripe for Patty Wetterling to bring her own national figure to Minnesota. The optimistic John Edwards would be the perfect answer to the Bachmann campaign’s trio of shadowy figures. With your help, Patty can beat Bachmann and her three stooges.
